Specialty food’s kickoff event of 2025 brought together 12,000 manufacturers, retailers, distributors, chefs, foodservice pros, investors, media, and more under one roof for the final Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas. Over more than three days, our incredible community reconnected, met for the first time, discussed ideas, and struck deals, generating momentum that will shape the world of food in 2025 and beyond.

The Exhibitors

We were proud to host 1,050+ exhibitors from 35 countries to showcase products in 45 specialty food and beverage categories. There were more than 180 first-time exhibitors and nearly 400 new products at the Show.

Keynotes & Sessions

Anchored by keynotes from Scott Conant and Molly Baz, educational programming at the Winter Fancy Food Show covered a wide range of topics in diverse settings, offering something for every Show participant. The Main Stage was abuzz, as were the Ask the Experts and Spark Showcase areas, where smaller stages hosted intimate panels and product pitches.

From the Fancy Face-Off and Maker Prep Graduation to community networking events with Project Potluck and Queer Food Foundation, we celebrated and connected in new ways.
